県外 交通違反 反則金 無視 出頭命令 (2023/3/30追記)
県外にて信号無視で検挙された。
黄色信号になった時点で交差点に入っていたのでどう考えても悪辣なのだが
その場の空気に飲まれてサインをした。
しかし、調べてみると支払いを無視していても基本的には不起訴になるらしい。
流れとしては
1検挙されたときに交通反則告知書を渡される
2無視していると交通反則通告書が来る
3住民票のある場所の警察署から出頭命令が来る
4無視していると住民票のある場所の検察庁から出頭命令が来る
5出頭する(検察庁の命令は無視すると逮捕されうる)
検察庁の命令を無視した場合のデータが無いが、正直に言うとわざわざ逮捕しに来ないとは思う(リスクはあるのでお勧めはしない)。
6出頭して正式裁判すると伝える
→今ここ
取り調べに大体一時間半くらいかかった。
流れとしては
茶色封筒で「お聞きしたいことがあります」という手紙が来る
記載の時間に検察庁に行く。時間は電話しておけば融通してもらえる。
調書が書かれる。内容としては切符の内容を読み上げてそれの事実確認をしていく形だ。
検察「切符には信号無視と書かれていますが事実と相違ないですか?」
私「事実と異なります。青信号の時に停止線を越えました。」
検察「切符にあなたの署名がありますがこれはあなたが書きましたか?」
私「私が書きましたが、警察に書かなきゃ逮捕すると脅されて書きました」
基本的にはこんな形だ。実際にはもっと詰められたが、淡々と自分は違反していない旨、署名は脅されて書かされたと言えば、そういった供述書になる。
その後、略式裁判の承諾書を求められたが、それは断った。
結果として何も記載せずに検察庁を後にすることになった。
一応本人確認のために免許証は提出してそれのコピーは取っていた。
この段階にまだたどり着いていないので後ほど追記する
8出頭して正式裁判すると伝える
9起訴OR不起訴
この流れだ。
私の場合は明らかに取り締まりした警察の判断ミスなので高い金を払って県外にも赴くつもりだ。
小径ワッシャ、スプリングワッシャは組み合わせるべきでない理由
スプリングワッシャより小さい径のワッシャをつける意味はあるかという疑問が出た。
①ワッシャ(座金)の意義
接触面積を増やして素材を傷つき防止+素材の許容荷重を増やす。
②スプリングワッシャ(ばね座金)の意義
ばねの戻る力でねじに引っ張りの力を与えて緩みにくくする
この意義で考えるとスプリングワッシャの方が径が大きければ無意味だ。
ばねの部分に集中して力がかかるのを抑えられるかもしれないが、それなら両方の性質を持つ皿ばねを使えばよい。
ちなみにスプリングワッシャは無意味という検証結果もある(ナット二つで締めた方が良い)。
ただ、スプリングワッシャを入れないとほかの人から文句を言われるので、仕方なく入れていることも多い。
ボルトの適正締付トルクの表(強度区分4.8、M2.5ねじも考える

上記URLにはこのように書かれている。

締付トルクTfAは(2)式で求められます。

k:トルク係数
d:ボルトの呼び径[cm]
Q:締付係数
σy:耐力(強度区分12.9のとき1098N/mm2{112kgf/mm2})
As:ボルトの有効断面積[mm2]

今回はk=0.17、Q=1.4を使用する(URLの注釈*2に記載)ので
締付トルクTfA=0.35・0.17(1+1/1.4)σy・As・d
となる。
②σy、As、dの求め方
耐力σyは以前の記事

にて記載した。強度区分の(一の位×100)×(小数点第一位×0.1)が耐力(MPa)となる。
Asは有効断面積(mm)、dは呼び径(mm)である。
2.単純計算トルク
上述のように複雑な式となるが、理論だけならばもっと簡単である。
耐力σy(MPa)×有効断面積As(mm)=軸力(N)
なので、これに呼び径をかければよい。よって
耐力σy(MPa)×有効断面積As(mm)×呼び径d(mm)/1000=トルク(Nm)
である。
結果の表を下記に示す。この時単位は統一した。

穴の公差 D全等級
JISB0401にて穴と軸のはめあい公差が記載されている。
計算方法は載っているが実際の数値表は存在しないため今回作成した。
計算方法は等級ごとに数値幅の表があり、寸法の大きさごとに公差の基準値の表がある。それを組み合わせて公差幅を決める。
記載するのは穴公差Dの値である。
D1,D2,D3,D4,D5,D6,D7,D8,D9,D10,D11まで載せる。
コメントがあれば他の等級もすべてアップする予定。
エクセルで欲しい人は連絡があれば対応するかもしれない。
